You can activate your Whoosh Pass in the app in the Whoosh Pass menu. A pass only works in the account it was purchased in, but it can be used for group rides in the account.

Your subscription starts as soon as it's paid, and if auto-renewal is disabled, it will end 7 days (Whoosh Week Pass) or 30 days (Whoosh Month Pass) after payment. Subscriptions start as soon as payment is made.

You can manage your subscription renewal by tapping the button in the Whoosh Pass Subscription menu in the app.

Auto-renewal can be disabled at any time. The subscription will stay active until the end of the paid period, and your card won't be charged again.

Subscriptions don't affect the per minute rate in any way, it's the same as for everyone else. Our system uses a dynamic rate for rides with a subscription, so the per minute rate can increase and decrease.
