I hereby, being a user of the Whoosh Mobile App, acting freely, by my own will and in my interest, and also confirming my legal capacity, hereby give to the Whoosh, Limited Liability Company (OGRN (Primary State Registration Number) 1187746542180, TIN 9717068640, address: Zamoryonova Str., 12, bldg. 1, Moscow, 123242) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), which is the developer and copyright holder of the Whoosh Mobile App hosted in the AppStore and GooglePlay, my full and unconditional consent to send me advertising and informational communications, including communications about the services provided, advertising campaigns conducted by the Company and its partners, special offers, news of the Company.

I agree to receive the above promotional and informational communications in the following ways:

— through e-mail newsletters to the e-mail address specified by me when registering in the Whoosh Mobile App;

— through push notifications in the Whoosh Mobile App.

This consent is granted by me for an unlimited period unless I provide a notice about its withdrawal.

This consent can be withdrawn in the Whoosh Mobile App in your personal account by setting the switch to OFF in the "Marketing notifications and e-mail campaigns" section (side menu -> profile tab -> App settings -> Marketing notifications and e-mail campaigns -> put in the state OFF).
